Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are the source of truth for order status, carrier details, and tracking links.
If you cannot find your confirmation email, contact hello@amu.pet with the name and email used at checkout.
Made-to-order timing
Every collar, leash, and bracelet is hand-stitched in small batches. Drop 01 - the Country Series - ships within 2-3 weeks of your order confirmation.
After your order ships
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days once the package is with the carrier. Express delivery takes 2-4 business days when selected at checkout.
Need help
Email hello@amu.pet if your tracking link has not updated, your package appears lost, or the delivery address needs attention before carrier handoff. Include your order number so we can help faster.
