Returns & Refunds

If the fit or the colorway isn't right, we make it easy to return or exchange within 30 days.

30-day return window

Amu offers a 30-day return window. Returned products must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in accordance with our return instructions. Amu does not currently designate any launch products as final sale.

How to start a return

Email hello@amu.pet with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send a prepaid return label — returns ship back by mail at no cost to you. Including your order number in the first message shortens turnaround and avoids mismatches when multiple items were purchased in the same checkout.

Exchanges

Need a different size or a different country palette? Start a return the same way and tell us what you'd like instead. Because each piece is hand-stitched to order, an exchange may follow the same handcrafted lead time as a new order — see Shipping for current timing.

Defect warranty

Amu offers a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover misuse, improper fit, accidents, ordinary wear and tear, chewing, scratching, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, lost items, stolen items, or damage caused by pets, people, or external conditions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method, subject to our payment processor's timing and policies. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, we refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
