Collars come in XS, S, M, L, and XL. Leashes come in S and M (¾″ and 1″ width). Bracelets come in S, M, and L.

Measure your dog's neck at the mid-point and match to the size chart: XS fits 8–12″ necks (toy and miniature breeds), S fits 10–14″ (small breeds), M fits 14–20″ (medium breeds), L fits 18–26″, and XL fits 22–30″ (large and giant breeds). Collar width is ¾″ on XS–S and 1″ on M–XL — the wider webbing suits bigger dogs' builds. If your dog's neck measurement falls in an overlap zone, size up for a more comfortable, adjustable fit.

Hand wash with mild soap and warm water — do not machine wash. Air dry flat away from direct heat. After washing, inspect the buckle, hardware, and stitching for signs of wear before putting it back on your dog, especially at the attachment points.

Amu currently ships within the United States only. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days and is free on orders $70+ (otherwise $8 flat); express delivery is 2–4 business days for $15. Because each item is hand-stitched in small batches, Drop 01 ships within 2–3 weeks of ordering.

Collars and leashes use 100% nylon webbing with country colors woven directly into the weave — not printed, so colors do not fade or peel with regular wear. Collar hardware includes an iron-core ABS quick-release buckle and adjuster with a coated D-ring; leashes use a forged steel snap hook and padded nylon hand loop. The matching human bracelet is 6 mm hand-stitched leather with a brass snap closure.

Amu accepts returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery — email hello@amu.pet with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label at no charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Worn or used items are not eligible for return.

The collar uses a plastic quick-release buckle designed for easy one-hand removal — useful for fast on/off during grooming or in tight spaces. It is not a breakaway (safety-release) buckle, so for dogs that snag on furniture or fencing, or for walks in thick underbrush, a martingale or breakaway collar may be a safer choice for those specific situations.

Every collar, leash, and bracelet is hand-stitched in the USA in small batches rather than mass-produced. The country colors are woven directly into the webbing — not printed — so the palette holds up as long as the stitching does.
